Max Myanmar always focus to align as nearly as possible the interests of individuals, corporations and society with holding the balance between the corporate governance and company goals. Max Myanmar strives to establish an effective board, which is collectively responsible for the long-term success of the company, including the definition of the corporate strategy.

The Management of Max Myanmar Group of Companies is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance. The Group is guided in its corporate governance practices by the Code of Corporate Governance 2005 (“the Code”) issued by the Singapore Council on Corporate Disclosure and Governance so as to ensure greater transparency and protection of shareholders’ interests.

We worked with Deloitte-MVG (an affiliate of Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services Pte Ltd) to conduct financial performance review in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS). We also engage with PwC Myanmar for advisory services in non-auditable context.
